These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Expense Else application (the "App") and any related services provided by Expense Else ("we" or "us").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Google OAuth2

The App utilizes Google OAuth2 for authentication purposes. By using the App, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by Expense Else and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Expense Else be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the App, or from any third-party conduct on the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.
